Description

Town and City Gift Cards is a beautifully simple way for people to send their loved ones the gift of choice whilst also supporting local communities and business.  

There are currently over 50 town and city gift card programmes across the UK, all of which are delivering fantastic results for the local communities they support. In 2020 our team also expanded internationally, with new programmes launching across Ireland, North America and Canada. 

In addition to our Town & City program we have also developed a city loyalty program, Mi Rewards, a platform designed to reward people for spending locally. 

As part of our exciting and swift growth, we are now looking for that perfect person to join our team and take our digital marketing game to the next level. 

As part of our core success team, we are looking for someone with:

  • Good understanding and experience of e-commerce platforms and processes
  • A good understanding of how digital marketing works - the channels, their roles and how each one plays their role in driving sales to an e-commerce platform
  • A passion for analytics - assessing how users are currently behaving across our digital channels, what’s working and what isn’t (some experience with Hotjar or other analytics platforms would be a real win)
  • Understanding on A/B testing processes - the ability to plan a test, execute it and report back on findings
  • A results driven attitude - a focus on what can really help us lock in more money for local economies across the UK and beyond
  • The ability to work flexibly

In exchange for your passion, drive and experience, we’re happy to offer:

  • A salary of £35,000 - £40,000
